Every year at the end of November, the infamous VSAE weekend takes place. As a committee member, you organize a weekend getaway in the Netherlands or Belgium for around 50 VSAE members. They'll party for two nights in pubs and clubs. As a committee member, you're responsible for all the organization of this weekend. You'll choose a venue, arrange a hostel, and decide which club or pub we'll spend the evening at. You'll also ensure a good daytime program is ready. The committee takes about two hours a week and consists of five members, including a chair.
