We offer internships for work experience, research/graduation projects, and a Central Bank Internship Program for motivated students. At DNB, you can tailor your internship to suit you and your studies. You'll carry out assignments independently and be a full-fledged part of the team. This way, you not only gain valuable work experience but also get the chance to discover whether working at DNB is right for you.

Central Bank Internship Program for ambitious Master’s students
The next internship program starts on 1 September 2025. Apply for one of the vacancies listed below by 7 May.
With the Central Bank Internship Program, you get a unique opportunity to explore the financial system from the inside. Alongside a group of enthusiastic fellow interns who all start on the same day, you'll contribute to maintaining a stable financial system.
You’ll intern within the Monetary Affairs domain. Monetary Affairs carries out the central banking tasks at De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). This includes ensuring price stability in the economy and efficient payment systems—both of which are essential for financial stability and sustainable prosperity.
They are also part of the Eurosystem, which includes the European Central Bank (ECB) and the national central banks of the eurozone countries. All this takes place in a unique and independent environment, at the heart of today’s economy and financial developments. An ideal place for students interested in economics and finance!
