THE FIRM

Since being founded in 2014, Orange Capital Partners (OCP) has established itself as one of the leading and fastest growing real estate investment firms in Europe. As we continue to grow and diversify across markets, we remain guided by a clear long-term vision and a commitment to innovation. Backed by blue-chip institutional investors and focusing on long-term investments, primarily in residential and retail real estate, our strong track record, unique capabilities and reputation for excellence provide a solid foundation for pursuing ambitious growth strategies in the years ahead.
